Privacy Policy

AM/PM Service operates StoreDynamics POS software, an application that integrates with Clover to process payments through your Clover account.

 

The app accesses only the Clover account information and business data required to provide the features you authorize. Depending on your permissions, this may include information such as merchant profile details, transaction data, and order information.

 

We use this information solely to:

  • provide and maintain the Clover integration,
  • support and troubleshoot the app, and
  • fulfill operational requirements associated with the services you enable.

 

We do not sell or share information with third parties, except with our customer (the merchant using the integration) or when disclosure is required by law.

 

PCI Compliance: The app does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data and does not expand your PCI scope.

 

Retention: We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the integration and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

 

You may disconnect the integration at any time through your Clover account. To request deletion of information retained by us, contact . Certain information may be retained where required to meet legal, regulatory, or audit obligations.

StoreDynamics POS software connects your Clover account with  serviceto provide payment. You authorize the app to access and process the information necessary to deliver the features you enable.

 

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect your Clover account and to use any information processed through the app. You agree to use the app lawfully and to safeguard your Clover account credentials.

 

The integration relies on Clover and other connected services. Changes, outages, or interruptions in those services may affect availability or functionality of the integration.

 

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. AM/PM Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for interruptions caused by Clover or other connected services.
