Store Dynamic 2 Fincretive (HBC/OTC) Integration Setup

Step 1: Set Up the DataCap Installation with Fincretive Credentials and Instructions

Follow the installation guide provided by Fincretive to install DataCap.

Step 2: Set up the Fincretive credentials

To set up the Fincretive credentials, go to Back Office->System Parameters->Authorization->For Health Benefit Payment (HBC/OTC) >Health Benefit Type. Select “Fincretive”. Fill in the credentials provided, and the SFTP Port - default is “22". Click “Test Connection” to verify the connection to Fincretive’s SFTP server.

Step 3: Set up the Fincretive HBC Bridge Agent.

Click “Configuration” to set up the Fincretive HBC Bridge Agent using the credentials provided by Fincretive.

Step 4: Add HBC Balance Check Button to the Till Menu

To add “HBC Balance Check” function, go to Back Office-> Items->Menus->Menu->Functions-> Add Health Benefit Card Balance Check.

Step 5: HBC Payment Tender

To add HBC tender, go to Back Office->Settings->Tender-> Add New-> Name - “HBC”, Description - “HBC”, Media Type - “Health Benefit Card”, Change Type - “No Change”, Open Drawer – toggle off, Over Tender – toggle off then Save.

Step 6: HBC Payment Button to Till Menu

To add “HBC” payment function, go to Back Office-> Items->Menus->Menu->Tender-> Add HBC then Save.
