Refund

Click the ‘refund’ button.

There are two ways doing refund: refund by the receipt number or a general refund. In the first way, you can scan or type in the receipt number.

In the next screen, you can select items to refund by clicking the blue circle in front of each item or clicking the ‘select all’ button. Then click ‘ok’. These items will show a red price indicating they are for refund.

The second way of refunding is to click the ‘turn on refund mode’. The ‘Touch To Turn Off Refund Mode’ will show on the screen. Everything rung in now will be for refund and have negative prices until the refund mode is turned off.
