Edit a menu
The menu editor is in back office -> items -> menus
The first menu is usually the main menu for terminals. Select the first menu and click the edit button to make changes.
The menu editor is divided into several sections: menu size settings, item selection area, item button area, menu button area and button settings. When the mouse cursor hovers over a setting, a help message of its function will show up.
Menu size settings:
1. Item Size
This is the width of the item area in ratio with the menu area. For example, an item size of 8 and a menu size of 4 mean the ratio of the width is 2:1. Here only the ratio of the item size and menu size matters. For example, a ratio of 1:1 looks the same as 10:10.
2. Menu Size
This is the width of the menu area in ratio with the item area.
3. Item Rows
The number of rows shows in the item area. The bigger the item rows are, the narrower each row is.
4. Item Columns
The number of the columns shows in the item area. The bigger the item columns are, the narrower each column is.
5. Button Corner Radius
This is the corner radius of all buttons. A bigger value makes the button look more like a circle.
6. Item# Font Size
This is the font size of the item number that is shown on the button (if there is an item number).
